Our Kick boxing class is a high energy class that is great for any one who wants to work out and is tired of being a hamster on the treadmill. One of the best features of this class is the incredible amount of flexibitlity you have over how hard the class is. It will never be too hard nor too easy as each person gets a truly unique workout.

Classes are 30 minutes long and are a mix of Kempo, Boxing, MMA, Cardio, Core and stabilty work. Gloves are required as we use different types of punching bags but we have extras at the school that you can borrow. This is not the same type of Kick Boxing class you may have seen at a gym, rec center or on the TV, it is not cardio class with a few punches and kicks thrown in.
